We have absolutely no problem with our users printing individual eNewsletter articles for distribution, or with hyperlinking to your online eNewsletter from other web sites or electronic messages.
Unfortunately we have had some negative feedback caused by a few users posting our materials directly on questionable web sites. We've also had some "corporate" personnel take offense at their employees' usage of NewPanda copyrighted material on corporate sites/in corporate branded messages without obtaining corporate consent. Therefore, we have developed the following policy:
NewPanda eNewsletters and pre-templated eMessages are copyrighted by Global Relations Group LLC d/b/a NewPanda, and as such may not be incorporated, in printed or electronic format, in part or in whole, into any publication, message, web page or other application.
