When you launch your Relationships feature, your main Relationships page will be displayed. Records will be sorted / displayed according to the specifications used in your last Relationships session.
Your Relationships feature includes several filtering tools to enable you to perform a refined search for specific contacts.
1. The VIEW section enables you to determine how many records to display per page (the more
records displayed per page, the slower the loading time), export current contacts viewed or find
all contacts in your database.
2. The SEARCH section allows you to define specific search parameters for contacts.
3. The ORGANIZE section allows you to add members to groups or delete contacts.
4. The Alphabetical Search feature along the right side of your screen allows you to view contacts
by the first letter of their Last Name.
1. Click the Find All Contacts button to remove all prior searches
2. Use the Records/Page dropdown menu to increase or decrease the number of records you would
like to view at one time. Remember, the more records you choose to view per page, the longer
the pages will take to load.
3. Click the Export Contacts Viewed button to export only the contacts displayed on the current page.

1. Use the Find field to search for specific data in the following database fields:
You may either check your entire database or check by group.
A. Enter the search text string in the Find field
B. Use the Select Field dropdown menu to select the search field
C. If searching for contacts within a specific group, use the Select A Group dropdown menu to
specify the group to search. Alternatively, you may also choose the "Non-grouped
contacts"option to search for users who are not affiliated with a group.
D. Check the Related Contacts checkbox if you want your search to include Related Contacts.
If you do not activate the Related Contacts checkbox, your search will EXCLUDE Related
Contacts.
(Note, if you want to display ONLY Related Contacts, check the Related Contact checkbox
and do not select any other search criteria.)
E. Click the Search button to perform the search
2. Use the Select A Group to search for all members of a specific group
A. Remove any data from the FIND field
B. Select the group from the Select A Group dropdown menu
C. Click the Search button to perform the search
1. To add members to a group:
A. Select the contacts to add to the group by clicking in the appropriate checkbox(es)
B. Use the Select Group dropdown menu to define the group to which the contact(s) will be
added
C. An Internet Explorer dialogue box will open asking if you want to add the contacts to the
specified group; click OK.
D. You can test the action by using the Select A Group feature within the Search section to
display the group members.
2. To delete contacts from your database (NOT from a group):
A. Select the contacts to be deleted by clicking in the appropriate checkbox(es)
B. Click Delete Selected
C. An Internet Explorer dialogue box will open asking if you want to delete the contacts and
their related contacts; click OK.
- Note: Deletions are immediate and permanent. Once a contact is deleted from your database, it cannot be undeleted or restored.

To search for all contacts whose Last Names begin with a specific letter, click on the appropriate letter on the right side of your screen.
To remove the criteria, click the ALL button at the top of the alphabetical list.
To remove previous search criteria and / or to view ALL contacts, click the Find All Contacts button
If criteria or data is left in any of the search fields, you may not be able to view all contacts within your database.
