3.1. What Is Getting Started?
To get your Relationship Manager features set up and working for you as quickly as possible, there are several areas you'll want to FOCUS on first:
- Profile: Make sure your contact and personal information are correct and complete.
- Contacts: Get your contacts entered or uploaded so that you may begin communicating with them, scheduling tasks, etc.
- Invitation Letters: If your membership includes a free set of Invitation Letters, you will want to confirm your order as soon as possible to get your name in front of your Sphere of Influence and begin harvesting marketing information from them.
- eNewsletters: If your membership includes transmittal of eNewsletters, you should subscribe your Contacts to the appropriate eNewsletter so they may begin receiving appropriate, professional information from you on a regular basis.
- Auto Pilot eGreetings: If your membership includes transmittal of eGreetings, select the "Auto Pilot" eGreetings you would like us to send on your behalf throughout the year. This is a great way to touch your Sphere of Influence effortlessly.
- Web Site: If your membership includes a Customizable Web Site, you'll want to select a background template and confirm your general settings so your web site will work best for you and your visitors.
The following pages in this chapter contain the pertinent information to help you get the basics of your membership set up quickly, so you can begin using your tools right away. Once you've completed the preliminary steps, you will want to spend some time tweaking your features and then perform regular maintenance to keep your contact records and eNewsletter subscriptions up-to-date, as well as learning about and using all of the features associated with your membership to maximize your success.
