2.2. Coldwell Banker DESK Login including TEAMS

Your NewPanda login access is created via a USER data set we receive on a daily basis from NRT Services. If we don't receive a record for you via the data feed, the account creation process doesn't happen, and there's no way around it. If your record is removed after your access has been created, access will be revoked until a record for you is present in the data set. Access to NewPanda is created exclusively by NRT, and we don't have access to viewing, updating or managing accounts on this side in any way.
Here are some things to know about accessing your NewPanda tools via DESK:
1. Requirements for NewPanda account activation
- Your Agent MLSID is a requirement for NewPanda account activation. This is how we identify your individual access and listings.
- Your PersonID is required for update via the daily data feed. If you have no PersonID, we cannot match your listings, however if your Agent MLSID is provided, an account will be created for you but no listings will be loaded.
- All staff users: Your WorldWide ID is a requirement for NewPanda account activation.
2. If you're a team member, please know that ONLY YOU have access to your NewPanda tools through DESK. Your team members have been provided with SEPARATE ACCOUNTS to which they can login.
Here are the specifications for how individual login and team listings work:
- A unique user record is sent for each team member
- Each team member is provided with a unique login via the NRT Gateway
- Each team member receives listing records for all properties for which they are the Primary Listing Agent, and can view / manage these listings via their tool set
- All listings for which the team member is EITHER the Primary Listing Agent or a Co-Lister will appear in the agent's eNewsletters (but only the Primary Listing Agent will have access to view / edit the listing to avoid conflicts)
- Each team member has the ability to update their agent image and other contact information to accommodate the team (team photo, team phone numbers, team email address, team Display Name {i.e. "The Powell Team"}, etc.)
