8.2. Auto Pilot eGreetings
The Auto Pilot eGreetings feature provides Relationship Manager members the opportunity to select special eGreetings that PropertySource will manage on your behalf.
Auto Pilot events are available on approximately a monthly basis, so members activating all Auto Pilot eGreetings can automatically and effortlessly stay in touch with their Sphere of Influence (contacts with valid email address only) about once a month. Auto Pilot events available are:
New Year (late December)Valentine's Day (mid February)Spring Forward (early March)Spring is in Full Bloom (late April)Memorial Day (late May)4th of July (early July)Celebrate Fall (early September)Fall Back (mid/late October)Halloween (late October)Thanksgiving (mid November)Happy Holidays (mid December)Birthday (activated for all contacts with a Birth date and email address in their profile)Home Anniversary (activated for all contacts with a Home Anniversary date and email address in their profile)
You may select one, some, all or no Auto Pilot eGreetings, depending on your needs and preferences. Auto Pilot eGreetings that have been selected will be transmitted to every contact in your database for whom a valid email address exists.
To activate or manage your Auto Pilot eGreetings:
1. Login to your Relationship Manager tools
2. Choose eGreetings from the menu options along the left side of your screen
3. From the expanded eGreetings menu, choose Auto-Pilot eGreetings
4. Your Auto-Pilot eGreetings manager page will open, where you will see two sections: My Auto-Pilot eGreetings, and All Auto-Pilot eGreetings. The eGreetings listed under My Auto-Pilot eGreetings (left side of page) are ACTIVE. These are eGreetings that you have designated PropertySource to manage for you. Those in the All Auto-Pilot eGreetings (right side of page) column have not been activated by you and will not be sent on your behalf.
3. From the expanded eGreetings menu, choose Auto-Pilot eGreetings
4. Your Auto-Pilot eGreetings manager page will open, where you will see two sections: My Auto-Pilot eGreetings, and All Auto-Pilot eGreetings. The eGreetings listed under My Auto-Pilot eGreetings (left side of page) are ACTIVE. These are eGreetings that you have designated PropertySource to manage for you. Those in the All Auto-Pilot eGreetings (right side of page) column have not been activated by you and will not be sent on your behalf.
5. To activate or inactivate Auto Pilot eGreetings, simply click on the event desired to "select" it, then use the << and >> arrows to move the selected eGreeting into the appropriate (active or inactive) section.
PropertySource will email you a notification several days prior to each Auto-Pilot eGreeting's transmittal, regardless of whether you have activated the eGreeting or not. At that time, you will have an opportunity to:

- Preview the eGreeting
- View the eGreeting Status (whether the eGreeting WILL or WILL NOT be sent on your behalf)
- Activate the eGreeting if it is not currently activated
- Inactivate the eGreeting if you no longer wish to send the eGreeting or would rather create and send your own.
Exception to Auto Pilot eGreeting Notifications: Birthday and Home Anniversary eGreeting notifications will be sent on the day of the event since these Auto Pilot eGreetings are not sent as a mass communication (i.e., Independence Day eGreeting).
Note: Auto Pilot eGreetings activated will be sent to every contact in your database for whom a valid email address exists, including Related Contacts. Auto Pilot eGreetings are not editable. If you wish to manipulate either the recipient list or the content of the eGreeting, INACTIVATE the Auto Pilot eGreeting event and use the eGreetings feature to create your own, customized eGreeting and recipient list.
